The ENTAIL project deepens the analysis of traditional music and dance of the Southern Adriatic area (Italy, Albania, Montenegro), building on the experience of the EArPieCe project.
ENTAIL aims to preserve and enhance the musical and ethnological heritage of the region through research, training, and cultural exchange activities, integrating innovative analytical tools and interdisciplinary approaches.
The activities include training pathways in traditional music and dance, studies on emotional responses to music, and in-depth historical and cultural analysis.
Within this project, AKMU has experimented with collaboration with religious institutions and NGOs operating in Northern Albania, providing space for very young participants and thereby enabling cultural transmission.
